Initial Set up

Orientation

Consulting and training on program rules and regulations
Assist in completing employment or vendor forms
Applications for federal and state identification numbers
Coaching on negotiating service agreements
Verify employment eligibility and qualification for employees
Skills training in principles of self-determination
Coordinating with Case Manager or employee on program
issues
Assist client with other specific program needs

Payroll

Set up payroll accounts
Retrieve payroll totals and tax liabilities from the payroll system
Collect and Review Service Delivery Log (Time sheets) for accuracy
Calculation and entry of payroll totals into the accounting software
Prepare and distribute bi-weekly payroll
Review totals of Quarterly Payroll Reports (941 and TWC)
Review and reconciliation of end of year Payroll Reports (940, 941, TWC, and W-2's)
Prepare and File Quarterly Payroll Reports and end of year Payroll Reports with IRS and TWC
Prepare, File and distribute W-2’s
